Benq EW822U Win98 Driver

need some help

a m8 got a Benq EW822U Deluxe DVD+/- RW External 8x +/- Dual drive
hes got a laptop with win98 on but he did'nt get a cd in the box with the driver on.

he got it new and sealed in the box off ebay but there was no cd,hes contacted benq about it but no reply

i found the driver on there site the other month for him but its corrupt and iv just tryed again now and its still the same.


anyone know of anywhere which has the driver?

Yeah i have the extact same problem it was an X-mas prestent to my sister but there wasnt a cd that had drivers on it and i cant find any to fit the model number, not even on the benq site.Its pretty wierd, almost like the product doesnt exist at all.

please help
