how to recover data from crashed drive

bad day, seagate 120 g hdd gone down at wrong time, its spinning but no data, anything i can do/ use? cry ?

Need a bit more info mate, is this your primary drive?
Have you tried setting it to slave? under another master obviously

If it is FUBAR then set to a slave and get yourself a copy of "file scavenger" You should be able to rescue your data.

yes m8ty i have set it to slave , in secondary postion , i will have a look for the software , cheers
