Good software to burn DVDs and ISOs?

I was wandering what the best software to burn DVD isos and DVDs are?

DVD Decrypter will burn ISO files and it is legal freeware. DVD Shrink will shrink down movies too big to fit on a DVD-R and now it gives you the option to automatically link to DVD Decrypter and to burn your Shrink projects in ISO mode. So between those two programs (both freeware) you should be able to do everything you want.

I just made some home videos using Ulead DVD Studio. Now just coverted them to DVD isos. just waiting for my new DVD re-writrer to come.

Then will burn them.
