I have just purchased this printer from a guy on ebay and when I set it up for the first time I get the two flashing red lights. Does anyone know how to fix this?

first of all have you installed the software and are the ink cartridges ok with ink in them

have you bought a new printer or a used one as this info may help to solve your problem

Yes, I have installed all the software for the printers and the ink is okay.
The printer is second hand but has been used much.

Thanks polarstar, I am at work at the moment and have downloaded the software. I will try it tonight and see how I get on.
I also heard from a colleague at work that the waste ink pad may need cleaning. He suggests soaking up some of the ink on the pad and then running the software. Does this make sense?

it is possible the waste ink pad is full then running the software
there is also another method by taking the pad out and washing it then making sure it's dry before replacing,if you do a search on here there should be some post's on how to do it
