got an amd 64 3400 cpu which i am planning to overclock as soon as i figure out how.

which fan is best to keep it cool while overclocked and is also really quiet?

Are those zalman flower coolers any good? I know there quiet but can they keep my cpu cool while being overclocked?

They are good....I have 1 on my (not overclocked) XP 3200,and my temps dropped by 8 ° Celsius under heavy load = gaming, video converting.....51 ° is the highest temp now.....normal load is between 45-47 °.....

If you wanna overclock, why not watercooling as option?

Seems expensive and would probably be too difficult for me to install

which zalman did you get?

This 1:

There are bigger versions on their site, but at the time I bought it, it was the only full copper 1 with standard support for socket 462 (socket A) motherboards.....

If you're gonna overclock your cpu, don't expect that your temps drop down to a normal level with a air-based cooling system.....
