Please help URGENTLY!! all my images have gone???

Not sure whats happened but every web page I open has no images there just white boxes with a red square in there?? Is there a setting I can adjust to get my images back please??
I am using IE6 and windows XP professional

Internet options-->security ,move the slider down to "low" and report back....

Check Tools/Internet Options/Advanced ...... scroll down to Multimedia and make sure there's a tick in "Show Pictures"

Also delete temporary internet files (tools - internet options - general tab, "delete files")
