Powerpoint problem

Hi

This is a really annoying problem, and also hard to explain

so i have included a picture

As you can see PP continues half the word on a new line instead of putting the whole thing on a new one, im sure it didn’t always do this, but i cant see any options to change it.

So does anyone have any ideas?

Is not the text box too narrow? PP will word wrap unless there's not enough space to fit the word.

nope not that, even if i write it in word put it in a text box then copy it into PP it still does it

Has to be the stupiest setting i have ever seen it was

format>line brake>allow latin text to wrap in the middle of a word

Who would ever want that as default?
