DVD lip-sync

ok..I have a dvd (along came polly-Fujitive)with a slight lip-sync problem about 5 secs and is confusing after a while..

Does anyone know is there is any guides or software of how to fix this problem.

Thanks You can demux out the Video & Audio streams using DVD Decrypter (demux is in Stream Processing), apply an offset using AC3 Delay Corrector (from doom9 download section) to the AC3 audio, then re-author back to DVD with DVDLab, TMPGenc DVD Author, Maestro, etc. This will give Movie only.
